Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the online shops of Lifted Label Group.
The shop offers in particular the following products:

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by the provider.
4. Prices
All stated prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
5. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
These may include in particular:

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and shipping service provider.
For merchandise items, production may be carried out by external fulfillment service providers.
7. Digital Content (Downloads)
When purchasing digital content, the customer receives access to download the purchased music files.
The customer expressly agrees that the provider begins execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Upon commencement of the download, the right of withdrawal expires.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Lifted Label Group until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
The provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
10. Copyright
All music productions and content offered are protected by copyright.
Digital content may be used for private purposes only.
Distribution, publication, or commercial use is not permitted without prior authorization.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
