Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lifted Label Group) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the following cases:
Digital Content
For contracts involving the supply of digital content (e.g. music downloads), if the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download begins.
Sealed Audio or Video Recordings
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts involving the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to vinyl records or other physical media.
